    The help file for Word2000 states that to change the picture editor,
to go to
Tools/Edit and then change the option for the picture editor.
    When I do that the only option available for me is to use WORD as
the editor.
I shall appreciate advice on how I can make a change so that I could use
another
one of my graphics programs.
