Bill,
My Dad bought a motherboard from this company about a year ago.  First, they
charged him more that was quoted.  Second the motherboard was faulty (didn't
work) and third, when he sent it back it took some fighting to get them to
refund his money.  So, we have had some bad experiences with this company, I
hope everything turns out OK for you.  I wouldn't be surprised if they went
out of business.
