The PA-2013 board does indeed have a jumper setting for 68 MHz, but when
I changed to that setting, the 240 MHz rating was still present during
POST. I gave up and switched the jumpers back to 66 MHz, verified that
it still says 240 MHz, and shipped the system out. I pointed out to the
client that the speed wasn't reported quite right, and she agreed to
take it that way and let me know if it seems to cause any problems.
