This is message to every member who wants to buy a cheap but yet good
graphics card. When you see a card from Skywell, do not buy it. The
products from skywell are priced fairly low, and looks great, but the
products will most likely to exp the following problems:
1) It's web site cannot be contacted since long time ago, and their
email looks never worked, you have to pray for it, I don't even know if
they are still in business.
2) The company is unlikely to update driver, and their products are not
compatible with reference driver you can download from the net.
3) You may find that their driver CD shipped with products may not work
('cos they are too old, too buggy).
4) The hardware quality is questionable.

If anyone wants a card with good price and performencd, please besure
it's compatible with reference driver ('cos that is the driver you will
load up, the driver from manufacture is always buggy and slow, no one
has escaped from this role yet, unless the manufacture is the chipset
maker)!!!
