I'll assume you posted FROM (or with) the e-mail program
that has this problem... (If not, forget the rest of this answer.)

"Refresh"  is the same as hitting the Send/Recv button...
It would "seem" that your settings were "wrong(?)".

In MSOE6, (that may be what you were using),
go to Tools, Options, General, and see what
"Check for new messages every......."   is set for.

Also look on that tab for other settings, like -- if "to connect" or not...

Depending on your OS, and DUN version, you may have other settings
so that a "call for Internet services" is not getting the attention you need
or want...  DUN questions can be hard, since each version changed the
screens around and looked/worked different...

Can you help me- My e-mails got to the point thay would only come in once a day and then not at all. I finally clicked on View and 
the Refresh and all e-mais will come in. What is the problen and what can I do so they will come in naturally? Thanks for your help.
