Hi Daniel,

I'll throw in my experience with LCD screens and graphic work.

I have a desktop w/crt and a laptop; I work with web graphics and website
development.

I *much* prefer the desktop crt. The laptop screen isn't stationary, thus,
the images are never consistently viewed. I have used a stationary LCD,
too, and find there's really nothing like the crt for a clean image. The
crt images are crisp, whereas the LCD images are sort of blurry.
