I have a Sony 17 inch monitor that has horizontal deflection problems. The
width of the display "jumps" every few minutes, and the color goes towards
blue once in a while (several times per day). I have concluded that it must
be the horizontal output transistors, but I don't have the schematics.

Sony repair wants $150 just to look at it, plus cost of repair and shipping.
This means that it would likely cost more to fix it than to buy a new one. I
want to give it a try to fix it myself, but I need a schematic. Does anyone
have a schematic for this model GDM-17SE1 monitor that you could share with
me? I was an electronics engineer in a former career, so doing such repairs
is not out of line for me.

Thank you for any help or advice.
