  This is very challenging -- and unnecessary.

  Those paper washers are intended to go *on top of* the motherboard,
to protect the plated surface as the heads of the mounting screws
turn against it.  The stand-offs underneath should never turn against
the board, and generally at least one should make electical contact
with the underside of the motherboard.
