Paul,

I did not see any replies to this. Just some thoughts that come to
mind.

Did you happen to check in the control panel to see if there is anything
that is
turned off/on that shouldn't be dealing with accessibility features?

Did you try different keyboard?

Does the keyboard work in safe mode okay?

Did you check for virus/trojans?

Thanks and have a Great Day!

Joe Lore
===================================

Hi All,

I was recently trying to help a blind friend of mine fix her keyboard.
What has happened is that when she goes into windows 2k the keyboard
will not work for her but it will work when she puts in her password at
the log on but will not work within the windows environment. I tried
uninstalling it and letting windows 2k find it but even when it sets
itself up again it won't work. Windows does see it in device manager and
there are no symbols beside it to indicate anything is wrong so I wonder
if someone on here might be able to help.

Many thanks,

Paul.
