I have the same problem, and I have yet to find a solution. The problem is 
that, unlike a USB drive, or a virtual encrypted drive,Windows sees a RAM 
drive as a brand new drive every time you boot up.
The biggest problem here is a security one. Typically you don't want 
deletions saved from your RAM drive, but the only solution I have found is 
to manually set it up this way each, and every boot up.
