If you normally use the web interface to access the mailing list's
archives or you use it to post to this mailing list, this information
will be important to you.

Maesltrom, the Listserv server is currently undergoing a major
upgrade in the processing software.  Currently, for about the last
48 hours, the web interface has been turned off at  Maelstrom,
(located in New York state).   This is due to anomalies in the new
software upgrades at the server.  This is a rare condition and should
be solved in a matter of hours, days at the most.

  The email process has continued to work, although there have been
hours of delay during this upgrade.  If you wish to post to this  mailing
list, for the time being, please send your message by email to:

        [log in to unmask]

This only effects the web interfaces:
     Archives
     Posting to PCBUILD
     Subscribe interface
     Signoff interface

If you need help with these processes during this short time, such as
unsubscribing to PCBUILD, send an email to:
    mailto:[log in to unmask]
