Hi, a few days ago, I posted the message below stating my problem. Someone
had posted a reply saying to try and install Win98 2nd Edition... Well, I
tried that - and it still doesn't work. I've re-installed Windows several
times, I've re-installed Adobe PhotoShop several times, I even upgraded to
Photoshop 5.2. And everytime, as soon as the splash screen is finished, my
mouse disappears. I'm DESPERATE for a solution! I've tried almost
everything! Here is the oroginal message:

"Ok, bear with me for one second while I explain this. I have Adobe
Photoshop 5, and everytime I use it (as soon as the splash screen
disappears) my mouse pointer disappears! Ok, it doesn't actually disappear,
it more like 'shifts' down under the taskbar off the monitor. The strange
part of it is that when I move the mouse up, thte pointer will come to the
middle of the screen and stop, but when I right click or something, the
pointer is actually up at the top of the screen - but I can see it in the
middle. So basically when I try to click on an icon at the top of the
screen, I can't actually see where I'm clicking because the pointer is still
in the middle and won't go any farther. And it ONLY happens when I use
Adobe PhotoShop 5. Any ideas how I can fix this? (I've tried switching to a
mouse that I know works)."
