There's a program similar to this in the Windows 98 Resource Kit of the
Windows 98 Upgrade CD.  It checks for how much Hard Drive Space will
be regained if one were to convert to FAT32. I never ran it because I
had already made the conversion before I installed the W98 Resource
Kit.
