I use Microsoft Windows XP and my 'd' drive disappeared they could never
find any reason and was not able to fix - My data was backed up so they cleared
the system and reinstalled everything.  Worked on my computer for 4 days  and
on the 5th day went to use the 'd' drive and it once again  disappeared.  Help
me please.     Faye
