You have found as much as I know.  I even looked for the knowledge base
article mentioned on the AMD site, and couldn't find it.

I don't think you have any concern with a 300, according to AMD.  I have a
350, and noticed the problem about half the times I tried to boot.  Rather
frustrating if you don't know what is going on.  No problems since I
installed the patch, BTW.
