Maybe like putting a Ferrari engine in a Ford. I decided to stay with the GeForce TI4200 which has 128megs onboard DDR memory. I converted it to passive cooling so it's nice and quiet and maybe more suited to the older motherboard. Thank you very much for the advice. Bob Lendrim
