I asked this question about a year ago, and just about everyone who answered
thought it would work fine. A few people mentioned that nothing is
guaranteed; there could be a mobo here and there that would have a problem
with it.

Ironically, I ended up going with the PC66 RAM simply because I came across a
great sale. Had it not been for the unexpected sale I found, my intention was
to get PC100 RAM so I could continue using the RAM when upgrading to a PC100
mobo.
