WIN95 can not install

   CD ROM : TOSHIBA XM-6202B
     HDD  : 3.2GB   ULTRA DMA33
FAX/MODEM : DATA 56Kbps /fax 14.4Kbps
    FDD   :3.5 inch 3mode

I format HD c and then
setup c:...
proceed scandisk...
window95 setup...
then
  error SU995038
  $B!H (BInvalid command option specified.Please check the command line and try
 again,or type/? for help on the setup command options.{0 13ac} $B!I (B
   Why error occur?I can not install win95b, please give me any help.(first time
 i put wrong boot disk it is japanese win95 then i retry 4 time with englisg
 bootdisk,error nothing change.)
