You are looking for a "KVM" switch (Keyboard, Video, Mouse). Go to an
on-line retailer such as www.cdw.com and type "kvm switch" into the search
box. They cost from $50 up, depending on the number of ports. You need to
pay attention to cable ends..do both PCs have PS2 style keyboards?...both
PCs have PS2 style mouse?... video resolution required for each PC?... You
may spend your money better on an inexpensive 15" monitor, now selling for
less than $150 US.
