The fact that you don't hear a single beep indicates to me that your
video card may not be firmly seated, or, if the video is integrated into
the motherboard, that the video subsystem is cooked. Presuming you have a video adapter card (AGP, PCI, or PCIx) remove the video card and, using a clean pencil eraser rub the contacts in the direction they "go" (like brushing your teeth up and down), being careful not to touch the contacts with your fingers (even a slight film of oil from one's skin can disrupt contact). Once you have done this and brushed off (medium natural bristle brush) or blown off (using canned compressed air) any rubber shavings, replace the video card in its slot, moving it up and down a few times to ensure good contact with all contacts in the slot and on the adapter.

Try to boot again and see if this was all that was wrong.
