BCM SQ595 Motherboard (Discontinued)
4 ISA Slots (all filled)
4 PCI Slots (1 filled)
72 pin SIMM Sockets (32MB Ram)

Sound card (generic soundblaster 16) ISA
Logitech Scanner - ISA
Cardinal Modem - ISA
2nd Parallel port - ISA
Matrox Millenium - PCI

I think installing a new mb would be outside my comfort level.  There
was a recommendation for a web site that may be of some help.  I doubt
it.  Money wise I think $150 would be the max.
