        Is this a Socket 7 board? Are we talking about DIMMs? If so, very few
Socket 7 boards liked PC100 memory, I never heard of any resolution to the
problem of incorrect memory size detection except using PC66 memory.

        If we are talking about SDRAM then no, it's a different technology. Typical
access times for SDRAM vary from 8ns to 12ns, lower being better, usually
you don't have to worry about this since most SDRAM has a small piece of ROM
on it that tells the board what settings should be used with it. TTYL
