BIOS FLASHING: "Can't File Source File !"

I made the floppy in Win98 (using "format" under the A drive).  Added the award flash utility & unpacked .bin flash from ECS.

Everything goes along fine until it asks if I want to save my current BIOS- I say "Y"- name it, (oldbios.bin) then it starts the save process but ends with "Can't File Source File!"

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
