I hope someone can help me because this is driving me nuts.
I have a Sharp GX10i camphone on which I have a lot of photos. At the end of 2004 I successfully downloaded the first few photos to my PC, then life took a turn and I didn't do any more downoading. Since then I have had to switch PCs due to hard drive problems and have had to reinstall the software from the CD-rom. Now it seems my PC and my phone do not want to talk to each other although diagnostics tells me the phone is correctly installed on my PC as a modem. Can anyone give me some advice as to how to sort out the problem. I have been in contact with Vodaphone and with Sharp who made the phone for Vodaphone and neither have come up with an answer.
I a 30 gig hard drive with masses of space to spare with 512 ram, with Windows 98se on board. My photo editing program is Serif Photoplus 10.
