If you're careful you can. You have to make sure you don't let Windows 
format or partition the drive during the install. The music may cause 
you a little problem with slow downs at first, if it's all written at 
the start of your drive.

That is where Windows is going to want to install, so after the install 
you should do a defrag which will move the music files towards the end 
of the drive, and out of the way of Windows.

That will make things run a little bit faster, I'm not sure if it will 
be enough to actually notice, but Windows will be able to get to it's 
files faster with the music files moved out of the way.
