Sounds like you have a video or memory problem.

First, I would go online at get the latest drivers for your motherboard and
do the same for the video card, Then if does not correct the peoblem try
replacing video card with another to see if the same problem arises.

Another thing you can try is to make sure video and memory are properly
connected  on the motherboard.

Also check to see if CPU fan is working and if the CPU getting enough
cooling.
