Be careful. I used Partition Manager to change my Win2K
NTFS C:\ partition to FAT32 and was left with an unbootable
system. Luckily I had backed up using Drive Image and
easily recovered. (I was using Partition Magic 6 at the time,
which was certified to be compatible with Win2K. I haven't
tried it with Partition Magic 8.)

It may be possible to go from NTFS to FAT32, but it would
require more than just running Partition Manager and
rebooting. At the very least it might require changes to
boot.ini.

Regards,
Bill
