There are always two...  (In XP-Pro at least...)

You have the "Username" you set up when the system was first run,
the OOBE (out of the box experience) one,
and the default "built-in" one called "Administrator".
Not sure of the "case", but it IS case sensitive...
(Mine has been re-named for security, so I can't see what is the
default  --  case-wise...)

Boot to safe mode and type in Administrator and any passwords they have.
(Even try no password...)
