I've recently had a similar problem and the advice I had from the list was
to ctrl/alt/del and end the 'rnaapp' program. I did this and was able to
re-connect with no problems at all

What can I check for when I try to dial up my internet connection and I get
a message the modem is in use (it isn"t).  (IBM think pad computer) thanks
