I am having a VERY odd problem with two Teac floppy drives
I just purchased.
  (FD-235HF C291-US     P/N 193077c2-91   Indonesia)

The cables are keyed and they CAN'T be hooked up backwards...
The "problem" is that the light stays on, and they do not work.
(This would seem to indicate a "pin one" problem...)

I tried three sets of cables, a "known good" one and two new ones.

I got the engineering specifications and drawings off the WEB
and it "seems" like they forgot to break out the keyway slot
on the PCB...

I'm going now to look at all old drives around here, including dead
ones, (I save everything...)

Has anyone else seen this and had to break that out themselves?
