There are many links, including

as an example.  Many sites are fairly obscure.  Search (yahoo, for example)
for mtbf.  IBM reports mtbf on hard drives (and explains CDF and other
related terms) on their www.storage.ibm.com site (spec. papers), and
Honeywell maintains (and will provide only on individual request basis,
barring confidentiality conflicts) mtbf on any product (household
environmental control subsystems, et. al.).
