I have the All-IN-WONDER RADEON video card using Windows 98SE. I bought 
a new Samsung 216BW monitor. I deleted the old drivers for the video 
card thinking that I would install the latest update for the video. I 
installed all the drivers Catalyst™ 6.2 Drivers etc. from AMD. But I 
can't activate the TV portion and lost the Multimedia support. yet the 
driver is okay in my system files. I also installed DirectX 9.0c. Could 
this have an effect? When I boot up Win98SE I keep getting new hardware 
found. The driver that I have installed for the monitor is Samsung 
SyncMaster 4-23-1999. The drivers that came with the monitor won't work 
with Win98. Any suggestions?
