Do you have anything running in the background? Like virus protection or
anything like that, that could do it. If you do turn it off. Other than that
I am not sure.

Does anyone know how I can defrag my computer?  I used to be able to, but 
each time I try now, it just freezes up the computer and I have to shut it
off to 
start the computer again.
