Hi,
I don't know if this is related to your situation, because I didn't verify
transfer
lag during the "collision state" . A small classroom network had this happen
after
I upgraded them from Win95 to Win98. They were using ISA SN-3200
compatibles.
I installed the older Win95 drivers, which took care of the problem.
