  The ASP model works pretty well for java/web-based applications.

  I suspect that the simplest way to make it work for "ordinary"
Win32 applications is to host them on NT Server "Windows Terminal
Server Edition" and distribute the "Windows Terminal Server Client"
to customers.
  This probably has ramifications that might or might not be
acceptible to you; I think your best bet is to find a consultant who
has set up this kind of thing before.
