I am the one who wrote yesterday with the freezing computer that won't turn back on.
I just wanted to let you know that I have a large heatsink and thermal grease. After I booted windows I went into Via Hardware Monitor and it only said 86(F). Ihave the same setup cooling wise as another system I have built that has no problems. I have set the BIOS to Fail-Safe options and it still locks up. I am going to try another power supply today, I guess, I just need to get the person off his computer. Thanks.
