A friend has a new pc. The other day a storm knocked out the power while he was using it. Now when he turns on the computer it will reboot over and over again for a while then boot up fine. He will be using it just fine then all of a sudden it will reboot. It is a PIII with 128 mb ram with Windows 2000 Pro. Any suggestions? I've seen this with bad nics but the nic on this pc seems to be working fine. The pc is on a peer to peer network. It does not have a modem.
