Micro Star International and Dataexpert used 4000-series numbers

Yours may be a Dataexpert 4044.
An Award BIOS ID string 2C4UKD01 would confirm this.
Their homepage is http://www.dataexpert.com.tw/ but there
doesn't seem to be any information on old products.

You can search for your motherboard or manufacturer using the BIOS ID at

BIOS Numbers, identifying a motherboard, Award
http://ping4.ping.be/bios/numbers.shtml

BIOS Numbers, identifying a motherboard, AMI
http://ping4.ping.be/bios/numbersami.shtml

Or use Spot the Motherboard Search Engines at The Motherboard HomeWorld
http://www.motherboards.org/search/wais.cgi

I've done an AltaVista search on Dataexpert 4044 and come up
with very little. You may do better searching DejaNews
or appealing via a newsgroup for someone with a manual.
