  "Ethernet Controller" is some vendors' term for an onboard NIC (Network
Interface Card).  Vendors of such motherboards usually include the drivers
with the motherboard/system; the manufacturer of the actual chip (3com,
nVidia, or whoever) may make updated drivers available as well.

  But any such driver is going to be specific to the network chipset being
used.  There is no "one size fits all".  The driver will almost certainly
support the NDIS (Network Driver Interface Standard) interface used by the
OS networking code.

  If it doesn't sound like I've answered your question, you're going to have
to describe what the thing you want to download would do.
