regarding the BSD, or Blue Screen of Death

this is really an NT thingy.   Win95 will also interupt with a blue screen,
but this is not the same.  References to VxD are to virtual drivers...
occaisionally they are either missing, or do things they are not supposed to
do and Win95 puts them in their place....
