   Spontaneous reboot early in the boot process can be caused by numerous
problems: bad CPU, bad power supply, incorrect or faulty RAM, incorrect BIOS
version or faulty settings, bad motherboard, heat problems with CPU (bad CPU
fan).

   Working them out involves good detective work and patience. Try taking
the CPU to a known working machine and see if it works. Recheck the specs on
the RAM for your motherboard. Then try the other scenarios.
