Have you tried the CD on a different machine ? Or a different bootable CD in
your machine ? ie. Are you 100% sure the CD you are trying to boot from is
bootable ? Also, have you set the boot method to CDROM in the bios ?

Whenever I try to boot from a bootable CD disk, I fail and I get, instead,  a
message "No Emulation". I am using Windows XP Professional with a desktop PC
and a Sony CD-Rom.
I would appreciate any advice as to how to overcome this problem.
