       Hi Gary,

              Seems as if you need to install the drivers for the
sound card. You can get the drivers and more info about your card at
 http://www.sicdt.com/ssolite.htm   . After you download the
drivers remove the references to the sound card in Device Manager and
reboot the computer, when you get to the desktop Win95 should inform
you that its found new hardware and will ask you for the drivers.
When it does just tell it where to look for them.
