I use something called wintop.exe.
Clicking on the help/about, it says it is from Windows 98, Microsoft
Kernal Power Toys. It shows each program running and how much of the cpu
it is using.

Subject: [PCBUILD] cpu ussage

using win98se

Im was monitoring my kernal processor usage in system monitor and noticed
my usage is at 100% all the time. I tried closing applications to see
which
one is using up the cpu and after closong all my applications i was left
with 100% still. I would like to know which application is doing this to
my computer. Is there any way to find out?

David
