I wouldn't worry about 88F. My Xeon box runs that hot with a side of the
case off, and I have run a Celeron 1.1 Ghz Server that routinely reached
inside case temperatures of 109F. Computer electronics are designed to be
able to cope with temperatures exceeding 150F.
