Trying to use one of the software that allows free internet pc to phone
calls, I listen to what people in the USA talk, but they complaint that my
voice is not continuous, and almost ununderstandable.
I use an external USB HP modem 56k and one mobo all in one, PIII 550,  64
MB.
Is there any minimum hardware requirenents for such a purpose?
Are all in one mobos up to this?
