I have win 98se on a connor 6.4G hdd. I also have a connor 3.2 G hdd (from my sister) that I was going to set up as a sec. slave but it would't boot even after setting it up in the bios.  Come to find out the drive has two partitions on it after reverting the jumpers back to a sec. master, it booted up and now my HP 5100c scanner wouln't go back to its home position. Maybe a bad parrallel cable?
I disconected the drive after it booted up (has win 95 on it).
All I want to do is to try to retreive my sisters compressed cserve email files for Her and then clean the drive for backup files.
Can partition magic v8.0 undo a partitioned drive?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
