Adelaide,

You have to make sure that you want TFT before you go with it. Make sure 
you look at them closely and know the limitations.

The main issue is that a TFT has one native resolution. Trying to use a 
resolution different than its native one will cause the picture to be 
distorted, since it has to interpolate pixels. This may be a problem if you 
use it for gaming.

If you use it for development or browsing, and the native resolution 
(usually 1024 X 768 for 15" or 1280 X 960 for 17") is right for you, then a 
good brand of TFT might be right for you.
