I helped a friend reload his P200 laptop (with a built-in USB) with Win95B SR2.1
I think it was a Toshiba.
I'm thinking Win95B SR2 did not have USB.
It was the SR2.1 that that was the first version that had it.
Anyway, he used a USB camera in his construction business and had no problems using the two together.
I think I had to run a USB utility from the Win CD to enable it.
Can't remember for sure, been a while since I did it.

The cheapest way to connect it is to upgrade to 98SE which does support USB

USB converter because of some basic technicalities of how USB works and
signals required from the PC.
