Also try this:
The startup file Config.sys may not be properly configured for the
installation. Try the following values:

   "Command"              Sizes allowed
  STACKS=64,512      8 to 64, and 256 or 512
  FILES=60           8 to 255
  BUFFERS=40         1 to 99
  FCBS=4             1 to 255 (for very old programs)

Check instructions for the use of the above by typing help
at a DOS prompt.
